It doesn't matter where you come from, which family you were born from, who are the people that are surrounding you, where do you live, what is your financial situation, you can be in the desert, by yourself completely with little water and little sun, and still you can bloom like a nice beautiful flower. In other words what matters is you. Your beliefs, your dreams, your goals, you as a person, that's what really matters for God. You are going to ask me, "its's not enough me, who am I to be successful like the ones that I look up to. I can never be like that singer, or that inspirational coach, or like that real estate guru." And I will tell you:" you can be whoever you want to be. You are in a form of a seed, and the ones that inspires you and are successful are already in a form of a flower. They were looking like you, like a simple small seed easy to crash and easy to loose, but they did the actions, and they believed in their dreams, and if you look where they come from...a lot of them were from the bottom..just like you. You can choose to do the work and follow the steps they did to become a beautiful flower, and be successful or you can choose to not do anything and not believe in your dreams and be that seed that will never grow; stay in the dirt and maybe lost forever. It's your life, you have to own it, you have to look into your heart see what is it longing for, listen to that inside voice that is telling you what are the next steps to achieve your small and big goals. And feed it, feed that seed of your dreams, give it the water and the sun it needs. If you are lucky you will have friends and family to support you, but if you are in the desert and you don't feel anyone will understand your dreams then information is out there now to grab what you need and self-learn, you can go to seminars, take classes, make connections..there are so many open doors you just got to make the decision to enter in them. Also, change your beliefs, make them positive, hopeful and strong, have faith that God is standing next to you when no one else is, and have faith that He will pour the water and give you what you need if he sees your doing the work. Whatever excuses you are giving yourself not to follow your dreams, is just a wall that you put around yourself and this attitude will never set you free. Break free, work on yourself, follow the ones that inspires you, do what they did, a lot of times you don't need to reinvent the wheel, you only need to start; making the decisions that one day you will become a flower and that you will start today doing the first step toward it.

When we look at a tree, we overlook how long it took to grow, to become strong, to have leafs, and to be fruitful. Why are we expecting when we start working toward our goals for us to grow fast magically and produce fruits that people would want to eat from. It takes time, it takes a lot of digging first, a lot of dirt work, to plant the seed and than it takes a lot of water, a lot of good food, a lot of nutrition and a lot of sun. If one of those ingredients are missing the tree will not grow strong and standing tall and mighty. So how do you measure if you are growing in a good rhythm not too slow and not too fast. By how you feel. If you feel happy everyday and feel right about what you do toward your goals than you are already successful and you are growing strong. Also, if you see the growth within; meaning you feel each day you have learned something new, or you have become aware of something you were not aware of before..when you see spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual growth each day in your life, than keep doing what you are doing, you are in the right path and you only need now to be patient. But if you do actions and it doesn't feel right, you feel you are not learning anything knew anymore, you feel like you are stuck in a dead-end, you don't feel happy in the morning, you don't feel any growth, than you need to change your goals, or the direction that you are taking; the steps and actions that you are taking. Always reevaluate what you are doing everyday and see if it's leading you to a growth or to stagnation. May God give you wisdom and lead you to the right path for your happiness, strength and success.

Take the time to answer those questions in writing, you probably have thought about them a thousand times, but when you stop and take the time to write the answers, you will be more clear about the next steps you need to take to get to achieve your goals and dreams. It's easy to complain about our life, about how everything is chaotic around us, about the rise of crimes, homeless and poverty. If each one of us starts looking at the people that are trying to make a difference then we will start seeing good instead of only seeing the bad in this world. The more we see good around us, and we pay attention to someone who is doing a kind gesture, the more we become positive and hopeful about the present and the future. For example, someone opening the door to a mom who is pushing a stroller, or see that driver in front of you giving to a homeless, or reading about a story of a CEO of a company that sold everything to go and help African kids, or a guy buying flowers for his lady. All those small or big actions makes a difference in people's lives. The more our eyes are open, the more we will become inspired, energized and start doing the same.

We all have wings to fly. Whether you are using them or not that's up to you. You may ask me "How do I know if I'm using my wings" And I will ask you; Are you achieving your goals that you have set, that you have written down, that you are focused on? Goals not only that relates to your personal needs and wants, but goals that is directly related to your neighbor. to a stranger, to future friends and family. When you start reaching your goals and dreams, you start feeling that you are flying and that you can no longer slither like a serpent, or crawl like a snail. And when you do start flying, you can fly in the sky or above the sky. God wants us to fly above, to fly in Space, to fly with others, and to fly to reach Him. Because we are created not like birds that we see on earth, but Spiritual Beings that can fly wherever God wants us to go and to whoever God wants us to help. The more you are helping others freely, with your heart and with God's strength and blessings, the more you will fly above the sky. And you may ask me what is the feeling that I will get when I start flying above the sky, and I will tell you it has no words that can describe it, because it is not from earth, but from the kingdom of God. God has amazing feelings that He will share with you when you start helping others and God has an amazing way to thank you for feeding and giving a hand to the ones that are in need. Once you experience those feelings with God there is no turning back, you can no longer fly in the sky, you just want to fly with God.

We say the word love often and sometimes we don't say it at all. If only we can know what is truly unconditional love, feel it deeply into our soul, body, mind and spirit, the world would be a magical place to live in. But we abuse that word, we throw it easily at people, we use it to our advantage, we keep that word to ourself, we don't use it the right way until one day it hits you. And you start understanding what is unconditional love. It's love that comes from God. And when you start being close to him, you start feeling His unconditional love that He has for you. Only then, you start feeling love for yourself, and you say to yourself"I am loved by God, my Creator no matter what I do, no matter what I say, no matter who I am, God loves me, because He is my Father and any father loves his son even though he may do mistakes, even though his son doesn't love himself, even though his son is not treating others well, he is still his son and The Father will always love him" And you may say, well if God loves me, I would not be suffering and God will answer to you. "I will discipline you when you don't do right, I will teach you lessons when you do mistakes, and I will guide you to the right away, and I will not prevent obstacles in your way, because you sometimes need to learn when you experience., its the only way you can grow, be strong and do what you are supposed to do on earth. God is love and so are you. When you say to your friend' I love you " Ask yourself how much do you love that friend of yours. Would you take a bullet for him, would you be there for him when he is in deep trouble, would you tell him honestly what do you think about him, and about his actions, would you save him from a bad situation, would you try to help him to get out of troubles and prevent him from deeper challenges. If your answer is" I love him but what he does with his life it's his business not mine." Than I will tell you don't really love him. Don't lie to yourself and lie to him. We are here on earth to watch each other's back and to help each other to succeed, to be happy and to feel responsible for each other's falls and successes. What happened to us, what happened to humanity...If your friend asked you for some money, because he can't pay his rent,what will you do? Will you lecture him to find a job, or will you give him some money and help him to find a job, or will you ignore him and say "Im barely making it too". And if this the case, than try to find someone that can help him, do your best for your friend and he will feel loved even if you were not able to help him much. God knows your heart and the more you want to help, the more he will give you to help and the more you will be able to help and this is what called LOVE.

Today ask yourself how can you be that water that people are thirsty for? What is the need out there? What you see is what is part of you. For example, if I'm frustrated about how many homeless there is in LA, than there is something in me that can help out. Instead of just complaining about it, I will do some phone calls and volunteer, or I can just walk in the streets of LA and give away blankets for those cold nights. Be that fresh water that people are longing for, that people need. On the other side, you can be working too much and you don't have time to go to the gym to work out, but at work there is an empty room that no one is using, why not offer to have a gym there. You have found a solution to your own challenge and provide service to everyone around you, who had the same problem and challenges. Yes both of those examples you may not get money out of it. Water does cost in the U.S.A but it does not cost anything in Canada. Sometimes your ideas will be free for others and sometimes people will pay for your service. Ask yourself are you only going to provide water if the person pays you or are you simply going to be who you are and give water to everyone? Do you only give because you know you will receive back or do you give freely? If you give freely God will bless your life in ways you never thought was possible.

How can you shine among darkness? Just be yourself and always try to become better than who you were yesterday. It's that simple. Listen to your heart, and start doing what it's asking you to do..and be aware of your mind because it may want to stop you. Don't let anything or anyone stop you from shining and doing what you are supposed to do on earth.
